We offer a 14-day return policy, providing you the option of a Full refund or an exchange. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or feel it is not the right fit, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item.
We kindly request that you inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We are committed to resolving such issues promptly. Once reported, we will review your concern and open a 14-day return window for you to send the item back. Any product received after this 14-day window will be considered a delayed return and cannot be accepted for a refund or exchange.
For international orders, a return window will be mutually agreed upon, taking into account shipping time and customer circumstances. We understand that delays can happen; however, once a return date is confirmed, unreasonable delays may lead to refusal of the return.
To qualify for a return, the product must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with the original tag intact, and in its original packaging.
Important Note
Our products are made from 100% human hair, which is a highly sensitive item. Any returned product that is delayed, missing original tags, or appears to have been used must undergo a professional sterilization and cleaning process before it can be reused. To cover these treatment costs, a service charge may apply.
As these are human hair products, we are happy to accept returns if the item does not match the size, colour, type, or if it is found to be damaged or defective. If your concern is related to fit or suitability, we are pleased to arrange a video consultation to assist you. If, after this consultation, we determine that the product is not suitable, we will gladly accept the return and offer a refund or exchange, as per your preference.
However, if the return is due solely to a change of mind without trying the fitting assistance, and a refund is requested, the refund will be processed after deducting a service charge to cover shipping, dispatch, and handling costs, including any required hygiene treatment.
Return Process
To begin a return, please contact us via WhatsApp. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide complete instructions on how and where to send your parcel.
Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Items made specifically on customer request (custom/special orders) are not eligible for return or exchange. This will always be clearly communicated at the time of order placement.
Item Return & Exchange
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the product is returned in its original condition, properly packaged and securely protected during transit. The buyer must also cover all costs associated with the return, including postage, duties, taxes, and any applicable customs fees charged by the destination country.
For exchange requests, delivery will be provided free of cost within India.
If the buyer prefers delivery to an international address, the buyer will be responsible for the second shipping cost and related charges.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
For international orders, refunds are issued for the product cost only., shipping charges are non-refundable.
